2. What data we process
This is an informational website — there are no forms or sign-ups. Contact happens by phone, so the only data you provide is your phone number and what you tell us during the call (e.g. the fault, the visit address). Additionally, with your consent, we process data collected by cookies (see point 4).
3. Purposes and legal bases
- arranging and carrying out a repair — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request);
- traffic and ad-performance analysis via cookies — Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (your consent);
- accounting obligations (invoices, receipts) — Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.
4. Cookies and analytics
We use Google Tag Manager, and through it Google Analyticsand Google Ads. These tools set cookies and only run after you give consent in the cookie banner. Until then we use Google Consent Mode, which blocks storage for those purposes. Essential cookies (remembering your banner choice) always work, as they are required for the site to function.
5. Data recipients
Data collected by the analytics and advertising tools is shared with Google (Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC) as the service provider.
6. Your rights
You have the right to:
- access, rectify or erase your data;
- restrict processing and object to it;
- withdraw cookie consent at any time (without affecting earlier processing);
- lodge a complaint with the Polish Data Protection Authority (PUODO).
7. Changing or withdrawing consent
You can withdraw consent by clearing cookies in your browser — the banner will reappear on your next visit so you can choose again.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy, e.g. when regulations or tools change. The current version is always available on this page.
